Return & Refund Policy – The Zevrat

At The Zevrat, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how you can return items and request a refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify, the item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in original condition.

    • Returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and certificates intact.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Customized or personalized items.

    • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons).

    • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”


2. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at [returns@thezevrat.com] within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  • Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.


4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable (unless the product was faulty or incorrect).


5. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no extra cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

    1. Check with your bank or payment provider.

    2. Contact your credit card company (refund posting times vary).

8. International Orders

  • International returns are accepted, but shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
