At The Zevrat, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how you can return items and request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and certificates intact.

Customized or personalized items.

Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”

2. How to Start a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable (unless the product was faulty or incorrect).
5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no extra cost.
